For the movie version, change the plot slightly so Stallone can play the part. Jason(Stallone) is convicted of being innocent as charged, goes to prison for six years for contempt of the judge, the cancer thing goes on(details on request), which makes the judge an attempted murderer, and instead of six years it's thirty-five years because Jason(Stallone) has to kill people to stay alive in the slammer.
