We need to get an update! Are they still there? If not, when did they come down?

Oh, and very nice use of impermanent affixatives. I hope nobody gets the idea to go vandalise art after this. That’s not big, and it’s not clever.

    V Says:

    Excellent.

What is the name of the first song that plays? Is it a TV show theme song?

  15. 15
    John Marcotte Says:

Dave: We hoped the TV was coming, so we set up our Tivos to record all the local news. We got lucky.

tommy lee dover: Sorry you were bored.

RandomFerret: The glasses stayed up for about two days. We called the restaurant the next day and heard our story about C.R.A.C.K. parroted back to us. But the property manager took them down on Monday.

V: The song is the theme music from “Monsters, Inc.” from Pixar.

    Frank Says:

Cute - funny - good prank! But just one word: “Tripod”

  17. 17
    John Marcotte Says:

Frank: Couldn\’t set one up where we filmed from. We\’re thinking about getting a monopod for stability instead. This was are first video project and we\’re still working out the kinks.

That was awesome. I would’ve peed my pants just from the fear of getting caught. LOL. And as usual, the news people get it wrong. I can’t believe she called them “sunglasses”. Does anyone see any tinted lenses in those things? Geez. And where’d the strap go? LOL.

    Great job!

    AbbydonKrafts:

We noticed the newswoman called them sunglasses. She also referenced the ever popular “Father’s Day Hoax,” whatever that is.

The strap came off the first night. I went and did a repair with a staplegun. It came off again and then disappeared the next day.
