Our mayor is taking part in this national push by municipalities to get people to ditch bottled water for tap water. It’s better for the environment, it’s cheaper, blah blah blah. I don’t usually rejoice in, you know, people dying, but I opened a bottle of wine to celebrate the world’s net gain in kindness, reason and humanity that resulted from Falwell’s expiration. The only drawback for me is not believing there’s a hell for him to be eternally consigned to.
